03 / Live Activity
Confirm that Live Activities are allowed for minimal effort in iOS Settings. Availability can depend on the iPhone model and system settings. Tap the activity to return to the active workout.
04 / Plans and progress
A planned day completes only after its working-set targets are met. Warm-up sets do not count toward plan completion, strength volume, or personal records.
05 / Local data
Settings shows the number of stored workouts and body measurements. Delete all data removes workouts, plans, and body measurements from this iPhone. This action cannot be undone.
06 / Safety
